Tiruppur Exporters Association Discusses Growth Prospects with MPIDC Officials

Discussions Highlight Investment Prospects and State Incentives for Exporters

Tiruppur, February 7, 2025: The Tiruppur Exporters Association (TEA) hosted an interactive session with officials from the MP Industrial Development Corporation Ltd (MPIDC) on February 7, 2025. The meeting was led by Ms. Srishti Prajapati, Executive Director of MPIDC, who was accompanied by a delegation of officials.

The primary agenda was to invite leading industries from Tiruppur to participate in the Invest MP – Global Investors Summit 2025, set to take place in Bhopal from February 24-25, 2025. The summit aims to showcase investment opportunities in Madhya Pradesh’s thriving industrial ecosystem and attract key players from the textile and garment sector.

TEA Representatives Engage in Business Discussions

The meeting saw participation from TEA’s leadership, including General Secretary Mr. N. Thirukkumaran, Joint Secretaries Mr. T. Chinnasamy and Mr. Kumar Duraiswamy, along with Executive Committee members, Special Invitees, and Advisory Committee members. They engaged in discussions with MPIDC officials regarding business expansion, industrial policies, and potential collaborations.

During the interaction, Ms. Prajapati highlighted the numerous benefits of investing in Madhya Pradesh, including state-sponsored subsidies, infrastructure support, and industrial incentives tailored to businesses. She emphasized that the Global Investors Summit 2025 will serve as a platform for exporters to explore new investment avenues and expand their business footprint in one of India’s rapidly growing industrial regions.

Jabalpur Industrial Park: A Promising Hub for Exporters

In addition to discussing the summit, MPIDC officials invited TEA members to visit the Jabalpur Industrial Park, an emerging hub offering world-class facilities for manufacturing and exports. The park is positioned as a strategic location for businesses looking to scale operations with government-backed benefits.

With Madhya Pradesh positioning itself as an attractive destination for industries, the engagement between TEA and MPIDC marks a significant step toward strengthening cross-regional trade and investment collaborations. As Tiruppur exporters explore new avenues for growth, initiatives like the Invest MP – Global Investors Summit 2025 are expected to create meaningful business opportunities for the textile sector and beyond.
